Motorcycle Exhausts Compared ... Not sure which motorcycle exhaust
system to buy for your bike?  This article might help ...

There are many considerations for fitting an aftermarket motorcycle exhaust and choosing the best system for your bike depends on what you want the can to do.  Some people want extra power or a smoother power delivery, while others are more concerned with a nice sound or good looks for their bike. A new exhaust can also improve ground clearance and save weight.

Selecting a new motorcycle exhaust for increased performance is not as straight forward as it sounds.

Some aftermarket pipes can cause the bike to run excessively weak higher up the rev range and really need some form of tuning to complement the new system.  All the cans supplied by Vyxxn are chosen to be a direct replacement for the original silencer and do not require expensive re jetting and dyno work.

Beowulf Motorcycle Exhausts

Beowulf cans are all hand built to suit each bike and are available in either full race or road legal versions.

The road legal cans are fitted with a removable baffle for track day use and offer a decent power increase by improving the gas flow at higher revs.

Blueflame Road Legal Motorcycle Exhausts

Due to the rising demand for road legal motorcycle exhausts we now supply the incredible blue flame road legal race can.

Dyno developed over a period of 9 months the "EVO" range of road legal race cans use a removable baffle tube inserted into the top outlet and a blanking plug in the small outlet to achieve the required sound level for BSAU approval without sacrificing any loss of power against traditional race cans.

The internals now feature a different size, length, and perforated hole design. The outlets are CNC machined to give exact tolerances for the baffle insert, and feature a new flat ring tip design rather than the dated rolled lip used by most manufacturers.

A twin exit design allows the Blueflame can to be tuned to 4 different levels of sound i.e. both in, both out, or one of each in.

Devil Motorcycle Exhausts

Devil exhausts are THE performance exhaust specialists. 20 years in the business and 40 years of racing success is your guarantee of expertise & service.

All Devil cans are developed using Full in-house CAD systems. Dyno-testing ensures maximum performance, with further track testing and team racing to fine tune the power delivery.

Full ISO 9001, TUV certification is your guarantee of quality. Every exhaust part is manufactured in-house, every component is tested to perfection before being cleared for final production - from machine made parts to final hand finishing.

All exhausts are supplied complete with fitting kits and high level kits include the full spacer kit to retain the original passenger footrests. Devil exhausts give you everything you could demand from an exhaust product - high quality, perfect fit, good looks, plus that special Devil sound.

Viper Motorcycle Exhausts

Viper exhaust cans have been developed to increase torque throughout the rev range and give a bit more power at the top end.

How do the exhausts sound?

On a sound level the Devil can is one of the best sounding cans around.

Devil cans have been designed to give a deep throaty roar to the bike by using a large oval outlet and are available in different decibel levels up to the 105 db racing level.

Since stocking the Beowulf range I have had many emails complimenting the improved sound over the stock system without being excessively loud in road legal form. Also the build quality of Beowulf cans is nothing short of superb.

The Blueflame range of cans as mentioned earlier are tuneable to provide the sound that suits you.
For pure looks the Devil Tuning Stacked Twin system is one of the best around but Devil also offer a range of other styles and a variety of materials.

Devil Tuning Double Motorcycle Exhaust Beowulf build round and oval cans which are available in low level and high level fitment and offer the stunning gold titanium range.

Blueflame dual outlet cans look ( and sound !! ) great but if you want something a bit different the EVO3 tri oval dual outlet cans may be your choice.
